Maintanence

Infinity Technology offers full Nokia warranty and ongoing maintenance support services and programs. First-year support includes the standard Nokia warranty periods. This includes standard return for exchange for components and parts. Other options can be provided during the initial warranty period to include Remote Technical Support (RTS) and a Software Support Plan (SSP).

After the initial warranty term, Infinity Technology can offer several additional ongoing maintenance support services, including remote technical support. This support is a 24x7x365 support direct to the Nokia TAC for telephone support that provides remote access to engineers for product-related questions, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and patch/maintenance releases to restore service and/or functionality and resolve problems for maintained products. Advanced Exchange and Standard component exchange plans are also available. Software Support Plans (SSP) are available to allow networks to migrate and stay current with software and firmware upgrades.

Hardware

During the standard product warranty period, Nokia warrants that the hardware, under normal use and service, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and will materially conform to the Nokia specifications for such hardware in effect on the shipment date.

Software

Although software, by its nature, cannot be warranted to be free of all defects (e.g., cannot be warranted to operate uninterrupted or error free), Nokia warrants that the software, at the time of delivery, will perform substantially according to the applicable specifications and any other associated documentation under normal use and service. Software and accompanying documentation are provided by Nokia “as is” during the standard product warranty period.

Standard Warranty Periods

Nokia warrants its Wavence microwave products for 12 months when installed by Infinity Technology, assuming the radio equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and perform according to its specifications. All other Nokia manufactured equipment carries a warranty for 12 months from shipment. If Infinity does not perform the installation work, the applicable warranty period commences on the date of shipment from Nokia.

Microwave and Network Assurance Program

Infinity Technology Solutions offers a Microwave and Network Assurance Program (MNAP) that provides customers with a comprehensive, multi-year network plan that includes upgrades, annual maintenance, and service support after the initial deployment of their microwave system.
